The Hasanabi Experience
Hasan Piker aka Hasanabi is a left-wing political streamer who got his start at The Young Turks before parting ways to focus on his own personal Twitch streams. Today Hasan is the largest political streamer on Twitch and consistently in the top 5 most subscribed to streamers on Twitch. Hasan was born in New Jersey as an anchor baby to two Turkish parents. He spent the first 18 years of his life growing up in Turkey before eventually immigrating to the United States to attend college, eventually settling down in Los Angeles where his streams are based out of today. Many love him for his brash, no holds approach to politics where he constantly rails against Republicans but has just as much smoke for Democrats that don’t uphold the values they claim to uphold. He gained many new fans after the abysmal performance by Kamala Harris leading to his appearance on both the Pod Save America Podcast as well as a CNN spot by Donie O’Sullivan in which he was highlighted talking about what went wrong in the election.
